Our first meetings were held in homes and were called "ladies circles". Around 1954 they became known as the St. Joseph Altar Society.

The Society's foundation is a common bond of FAITH with one another and the entire parish family. From this came a dedicated group of women who are filled with HOPE for the future of our parish family. The Altar Society is an example of Christian LOVE in action. 

We salute all the past officers of our Society.  We acknowledge the entire membership, past, and present, for their helping hands with our spiritual and corporal works.
